Review on Citizenserve Code Enforcement by Doug Virden

Great customer service! I think they are always willing to help with any questions that you may have regarding their services or products as well as provide great support for when something goes wrong once it is in place. My agency has been using this product since 2015-16 timeframe but there was not much being offered by other companies at time so we decided go ahead give them try because how could be worse right? And i can say right now its working flawlessly even better than what our old system provided us which makes me very happy about this program!! The biggest benefit will most likely come from saving money compared if having manual processes would also save some too! So far everything seems good only suggestion maybe more options such as creating custom reports / forms might make things look like less organized/easy though still possible easy enought just need add features here namly :). Overall citizenseems pretty straight forward.
