The product received is not the same as in the photo but it seems to work.
The item received had the same part number but only one antenna output. In my situation (Camry SE 2016) there are two antennas on the factory connector. What is another antenna used for? Also, the blue wire (connected to the booster/antenna activation wire) must be used, otherwise the device will not work. One star deducted for lack of instructions and information on what is lost if the remaining antenna is not used.
