I use it to try to walk (both knees are crippled) and when you're really tired you really don't feel like lugging around a bottle or two of water. With this handy water bag, your water will always be cool and close at hand when you need it. If you choose to add water instead of water, rinse thoroughly or purchase an extra bag of hoses. My son loaded his up on me (didn't use it) and he used Gatorade and didn't wash it afterwards, yeah don't do that. So I decided to buy it myself. It works perfectly.
