Definitely not "new ". Literally broken parts and food in the box
I bought this tablet a few days ago after researching many brands and really thought I was getting a great product even better. Price. I am incredibly disappointed - so disappointed that I wrote a review and I NEVER write a review here. Instead of a great product, I got a "new" tablet with a broken SIM slot (one piece was physically broken, and worse, even Verizon couldn't get it to read my SIM card), a non-working camera, and stuff more free shredded potato chips in a box. I just want to return it and get my money back.
