Okay, this is my first day that I received this device. I'm so glad we booked it for Jamaica, we spend a lot more time at home and with AC all day it's expensive, there's a nice breeze blowing throughout the house so we need it the most at the table and when sleeping Not they don't have a big fan but when they get really cool they have great customer support. I had many questions and was able to chat with a very nice lady called Nigel who answered all my questions if you scan the QR code that comes with a small portable air conditioner that you can use to register to get your Revain to place an order. Number and model number and you get a 15 month warranty which is great. I will buy more. i really like it That's a really good answer. Sister in Bermuda ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ---Update three days after use, it didn't blow cold air at all, the fan is very weak, it blew very quietly from the beginning, but it's really not good...DO NOT BUY ! 👎🏽😡 😡
