Review on Braun HM1010BK MultiMix Mixer Black by Whitney Bailey

I am comparing this to another very famous hand blender I have. This blender is much more powerful and I feel the blending hooks are stronger. Level 1 is only needed for beating butter and sugar. Level 2 is also not required (softened butter, of course). Other blenders need at least speed 4. I feel these blender hooks are stronger and fit tighter in the blender. You have to press lightly until you hear a click and then they are set. The cable is long enough. Some hooks are in a separate pocket for easy tracking. Kneading hooks are also included, but I haven't tested them. The hook eject button works effortlessly and elevates the hooks from the sitting position so you only have to pull them out a little. I am very happy with this hand mixer. I have had many Braun products over the years and many of these are still in use and working well. You can't go wrong with this blender.
