We are hobby cooks and gourmets! My husband got me a sous vide oven for my birthday and after using it a few times we got tired of smoking from home to fry the finished product in a hot pan so we did got this cooking burner and it works great! I'm not a grill fan and don't like playing with fire, so figuring out the settings when it caught fire was a little spooky. Either my flame was too strong and I was able to burn more than food, or it wasn't strong enough and I could smell butane. But after several attempts I got used to it and now I use it with pleasure!
