Bought on Deal of the Day, this little grill I think does a pretty good job. Just used it for the first time and thought the best test would be a burger. It was a good burger. If it weren't on an external grill (charcoal, Akorn Jr) it would be better, but this electric grill performed way better than what my Optigrill does with a hamburger. I think this would be a good option when it's too rainy or too cold to cook outside. I usually take a medium sized burger, but I'm still getting used to this time. I had no smoke at all and cleaning was easy. I will let you know if anything changes. Today I ate chicken and hamburger. All goes well. Update 8/3/19 I use this grill a lot. I make a lot of chicken for lunch during the work week. I've washed the rack in the dishwasher many times and it still looks brand new. I love this grill.
