
Probably the best power solution for a GPU that requires an 8 pin PCIE connector. Note that the 6-pin connector only works for 75W, while the 8-pin connector only works for 150W. You still only have 3 ground wires, you need to make sure you don't go too far beyond the 75 maximum rating. Example: If your GPU is in the first PCIE slot, it will get 75W from that slot. has an extra 8-pin connector with a 6-to-8-pin adapter, it should not run much higher than 150W (compared to 225W for a true 8-pin connector), otherwise errors may occur (unless you have a really good power supply). This fork works well and I am happy with it.
