This is my second portable door step and I think it just keeps getting better and better. While this move promised to "support both feet," it falls short in that regard. Maybe 1.5 meters. Certainly not two, the male is 10.5 feet tall. The step platform is quite large but about 1/3 of it is unfit for stepping as the hook penetrates most of it. However, it offers a safe stand without hesitation, so that you can quickly and easily get onto the top of your vehicle. No more ladders, ladders, overturned buckets, milk crates, etc. haha! The fit and finish is excellent, really impressive. I only noticed a few cuts. It can easily handle any weight you would normally expect, rated at 400 pounds. If you are tall or heavy, check this slowly to see if you notice any deformation in the door frame area. Although sellers claim it's safe for all vehicles, some vehicles may not be able to handle "unexpected" loads in this area. Attention buyers! The axle connecting the stepping platform and lower support bars is too tight and requires a lot of tension to open and close. I'll try loosening and/or lubricating it to make it easier. It has a high quality black matte powder coating. Being all aluminum it also never rusts and is much lighter than my 1 lb 6 oz steel doorstep. versus 2 pounds 2 ounces. on the orange step of the DIPTEN door shown in the last photo. So the CAPHONT door clearance is 12 ounces. Easier. The CAPHONT door step folds smaller and more compact than the DIPTEN steel door step. BONUS: Includes a black drawstring storage bag. It's a fair price for what you get and it's good value for money. Highly recommended and would buy again.
