As this was my first order from Crystalia Glass I was pleasantly surprised to receive my jug within the promised delivery time. When I then opened the box and saw and felt the quality of the jug, I knew I had made the right choice. The handle is very strong and very smooth (there is no rough glass along the seam). I like the size and ease of care. I brew all my tea in my new pitcher with room temperature water, so I don't know how it reacts to hot water, but I would find it convenient to use hot water in it. I would definitely recommend this jug to friends and family.
