I bought my house in 2011 and bought two new toilets. I've had to replace the fill valve on both before and recently the rubber on one of the drain valves started going bad causing my toilet to constantly run and fill. I went to HD and removed the cistern only to find out my toilet has a 3" cistern and even their website didn't even have a 3" flush valve, thank goodness Revain! The kit included everything I needed down to the screws and washer. I have a feeling the screws will rust over time like my old ones, but I bought an extra cover that the rubber gives out on my other toilet. In general, it was easy to replace.
