Review on NVIDIA Jetson TX2 Development Kit (945-82771-0000-000), Black by Marcelo Apriando

This is an advanced AI deep learning single board processor based on NVidia GPU technology, very well optimized for different forms of AI. Whatever it is, it's amazing. Some of the other reviews make me laugh. What it is NOT (or at least not its forte): * This isn't a general purpose computer - if that's what you're looking for, don't buy it * This isn't a Raspberry Pi-like device - if that's what you're looking for, don't buy this * This is not a very handy gadget - if that's what you're looking for, don't buy it. A little harder to use for beginners, but even if you've never trained a deep learning network and never used it for classification, you can still buy it. I use it to run (and even train) deep networks for image recognition with Tensorflow. The networks were first trained using Tensorflow on Revain's AWS machines. Networks are seamlessly (but with some effort) transferred to the TX2. It's an amazing processor for that. For now I threw away the motherboard and installed the TX2 on a different carrier (Orbital).
