magnafier glass good for me

love the light sits on my drawing desk using it for my diamond painting perfect fit -don,t hesatate to buy it you will love it the lights are very good the color black blends in with my desk does every thing it says the cord could be longer other than that the magnifer glass size is great good price very fast delivery very very happy customer enjoy loretta

Difficult to stabilize magnifier

I've mounted the lamp on a lectern. The supporting springs on the arms seem to be gauged for a mount on a level table and struggle to support the arms when mounted on a tilted lectern top. Also, the adjustable screw for the magnifying glass takes considerable effort to tighten sufficiently to hold the magnifying glass in place. Bring you own power adapter

Pros- nice light that adjusts brightness and color temperatures so no matter your project you have the right light. Long adjustable arms to position.Con- The light didn’t work out of the box. The supplied power adapter specs stated .3 amps. So I plugged it in to a standard cell phone charging box listed at 5 amps and light light works great. So give that a shot if the light isn’t working.

Perfect for paint by number hobbyists!

I've recently picked up a hobby of adult paint by number. Being the adult product the sections to paint are quite tiny. This light with magnifying glass is absolutely perfect! I was using a handheld magnifying glass in one hand, holding the small paint pot in another hand and holding the paint brush in my third hand (LOL) so you see the problem. The size (diameter) of the magnifying glass as well as the power of magnification is perfect for my eyes. Excellent product!

Died in 2 years in my review

Had this for two years, and it died on me. The USB connector is mangled to hell as well. Have to buy a new one. The light can be too directional and create harsh shadows.

Very nice Magnifying Light.

This is a nice light. I have wanted one for a long time. The light is nice and bright. All but one of the joints tighten up nicely. The weight pulls it down. The light is a bit heavy. But, I think it will be worth it.

Bought this to use when soldering PCB connections. The magnifying glass and light really work well and the arm is sturdy and holds in place. Saved a ton of time and effort. Money well spent.

Excellent size. - my new review

This replaced a similar one with smaller viewing area and rechargeable battery. The viewing area on this one is excellent for detail work and the light is adjustable to give you just the right amount of light.

It is well made and exactly as described, very pleased.

I have three lighted magnifiers. Two floor stand lamps that also can be clamped that cost quite a bit, but this is just as great and performs just like those. I immediately boxed up the one I was using (I cross stitch) and switched to using this one. Very satisfied/
