I'm 5'4, about 200 pounds, my hips are the widest part of my body. It fit well, I could button all the buttons, but it rose a little at the hips. I had shorts underneath (it was chafing on my thighs, you know...I wasn't in the mood for that) and no one noticed the fishing nets and it looked really cute! It's lightweight and doesn't stretch much, but overall I'm happy with my purchase.
