Polyester materials - Not suitable for babies with eczema

This is 100% polyester which is not the best material for babies and definitely not for children with eczema as it can worsen their condition. My child has had a rash for a while and the pediatrician has recommended checking that all baby clothes are 100% cotton as this is not a problem. As a new mom, I wasn't careful enough when I bought or used things for my baby, I just believed that if they were meant for a baby, they should be good, but I was wrong. Now I had to throw out all the non-cotton items and buy new ones, including this one. What a waste of money.
