I bought this chair to replace my previous chair which was over 15 years old and unfortunately needed a replacement. This chair arrived and was fairly easy to put together and appeared to be of good quality. However, a little over 2 months later, the gas bottle started leaking. I contacted BOSS and was able to get a replacement gas bottle under warranty. In fact, they sent two which, as an initial replacement, only lasted a week before leaking as well. I also found that if I sat in this chair for more than a few hours, my back would hurt so much that I could not sit on it. I had a chair pad that I tried but it made absolutely no difference. It really sucks to spend over $200 on a chair only to find it so uncomfortable that you can't use it for a long time! I started buying a new chair and before the replacement came the third gas bottle on this chair started leaking! I would definitely rate this chair as LOW quality and comfort and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone!
