The ability to see trends in data over time, which allows you to improve your sales process by making changes that will have an impact long term. Also being able to use this software with different platforms is one of its best features! I dislike it when there are errors or issues pop up within my account (sometimes after weeks of using). It would be great if they were more transparent about these instances as well so we can get help from their team quickly. We're looking at ways to increase our performance metrics while also understanding how those numbers change overtime - both week to week but especially month to month. This helps us understand what actions need to take place for improvements to occur. Our goal has been met because now we know exactly where to focus efforts. They've helped me determine why certain things aren't working properly and then provided suggestions on improving them. As mentioned before, some times problems arise without user knowledge/.
