I love the integration with Square, and the fact that it integrates with multiple services. It was a bit of a learning curve, but I think it can be learned fast when compared to the competition. Sometimes the apps aren't always accurate and show inaccurate totals. I wish the app was updated constantly so that is not a problem. It's great for a restaurant that is trying to incorporate digital ordering into their business model. It helps us eliminate cash and the problems that comes with it. The ease of use to integrate with our POS system. There is nothing I dislike about this software. It is easy to use and navigate. We have been able to get rid of paper menus and tickets. We are saving money by not having to print or distribute them. We can keep track of inventory in one place as well.
