This product came to me very disappointing and I just put it aside and didn't use it! It was supposed to be in individual bags but there wasn't a single full bag - most were empty and some had 1/4 of the product and some had half of the product in only THREE of the 10 bags! The rest was in a plastic bag. I reached out and rummaged through the product to see if there was any packaging intact. NONE! All were empty. A little later my face and hands started to burn. The only thing I could think about was my skin, from the back of my hand to my wrist and the face I was touching, other than touching the skin. product, so I read the instructions and learned not to come into direct contact with the product! I was panicking - being very sensitive to chemicals due to severe asthma - specifically diagnosed as IRRITABLE ASTHMA so I'm out of the shower! Luckily I wasn't hurt, except for the burning skin. If I hadn't remembered to read the instructions so quickly, it would have been a whole different story! Don't tell me to mail it back - because I don't have time to go to the post office and then waste MY money to mail it back to you! A friend suggested I repackage them in plastic bags. I will definitely not be exposing myself to this chemical again and I can't believe the next package you send me won't be the same so I'll just go to the store where I can pick it up and buy it! This is by far the worst condition I have ever received in my many years of ordering from Revain! The rest of the items were ok. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! It would be advisable to wear a pair of gloves to open the packaging.
