Review on Fabriano Studio 11X14 300G Shts by Dawn Fischer

I really like this paper and it costs about 60 cents a sheet and for me it's really worth the price. If you are looking for inexpensive hot printing or have never used hot printing but are considering it, I recommend this paper. I love the smooth texture it gives to my finished paintings. I've heard some painters complain that it doesn't have enough water for them - my technique is relatively simple I think, but it works better for me compared to other medium quality hot press papers. I've only found it to be a pill if I aggressively do a few intense washes - say 5 washes with salt. But if you let it dry between washes and are patient, it should hold up. Very slight warping - a type not visible to the eye but visible in the scanner. Holds up well to pencil erasing under lines without damaging the colour. Works with find masking liquid, but be careful with masking tape.
