I bought two of these racks. The cell phone/iPad holder is very well made. These are very durable stands that are easy to adjust. However, I noticed that the ball head that holds the phone/iPad holder is a little wobbly on both stands I bought. One of the stands was more wobbly than the other. So I removed the ball head from the phone/iPad mount and found a screw that just needed a gentle tightening. Once I did that, the ball head was nice and tight. A simple "fix". We hope these coasters will be of great use to you. To remove the ball head from the phone/iPad holder, simply slide the ball head into the holes on the back of the holder. The ball holder snaps into place, so you need to apply some pressure, but not too much. In the illustrations, the gaps on the back of the holder and the direction to slide are highlighted in RED. The screw to be tightened carefully is circled in BLUE.
