Wow! I just love my 25" 165Hz Zepter monitor. My favorite part is that the two monitors I ordered were defective! The first came with red vertical stripes running across the screen. Screw in (there was no second) and got using my own supplied screwdriver to pull it off. The package was also missing a few key parts (I didn't realize until the replacement arrived. Luckily the four mounting screws fit the base too. I was disappointed when I turned it on but the refresh rate is great I called the scepter about the red vertical lines and the guy on the phone didn't help he just told me to contact amazon and that they would send me a replacement before I had to send this back I did and "Amazon too. So today the replacement arrived. I opened it up and started the installation process. This time the base screw was much easier to screw in , but I used my own screwdriver. This also came with a base for viewing screws and a good displayport cable. Unfortunately, it was also defective when switched on! the display has dark vertical lines and a static or almost too sharp image. Well, I missed the scepter call this time, despite what the box said. I went straight to Amazon and they kindly sent me a third replacement. The person on the phone said hopefully the third spell. with hope.
