A bad product, not worth the money.
He is free to count his steps anyway he likes. You should move your arms about regardless of what he thinks. And if you push a stroller as you walk or walk around the home, it doesn't really qualify. I am not content, and since I move about a lot for this reason, I grabbed them. They make no sense at all.
