I like how easy it is to use for our small business customers. They make sure things work well with other products we offer such as Office 365 in addition to their own offerings. We have had no problems so far using them! The cost seems too expensive compared to what they provide but if you want peace of mind about your site being online then this may be worth considering. Support from customer service has been great. Nothing really negative at all about this solution so far. Have used Cloudflare before which was good also - just not as cheap or reliable. I like how easy it is to set up rules for caching content without having tons of servers running around all over my network, which really cuts down our costs! We use this service primarily in order to speed things along when people access files stored online from various web pages we host or maintain - such as forums here at cdnsun.com. This speeds everything right back up again once they're finished with their visit/somewhere else etc., so no downtime = happy clients!!
