This product is easy to use and really works! As other reviews have said, you may need to let it sit for a few days before wiping it off, and you may even need to repeat the process a few times. By following this advice I was able to completely remove the old pen ink from my faux leather chairs that were over a year old. I've tried cleaning it with warm water and alcohol before, but none of that worked for me. I also applied this product to a light oatmeal headboard that was gifted to me with oil stains. I've steam cleaned and tried dawn and warm water with no success. I did the same cleaning process (maybe 2-3 times) on the headboard and it removed 95% of the stains. The remaining 5% of the stains were minor and barely noticeable unless you know where to look. As a side note, I had to steam clean the entire headboard to avoid water stains from spot cleaning. Can't recommend this product enough!
