I received this item in a timely manner and it is the most beautiful Tiffany Blue! I love the color and I get compliments on it all the time. Another great feature is the soft touch keys. I love the feel of the keys and the fact that they are not noisy and stiff. The fact that the keys also light up is just another bonus feature especially when I am working in the dark. Unfortunately, here’s the part that makes me have second thoughts about this product. I originally purchased this item on November 2020. It worked perfectly and I used it for everything but in May of 2021 I began to experience a problem with 1’s appearing sporadically in my work. The problem then advanced to where there would be lines and lines of 1’s even when my hands were not on the keyboard. It became impossible to type anything without 1’s appearing or just taking over my work. It got to the point where I had to just shut the keyboard down and start to use my touch screen again which of course defeats the purpose of having the keyboard and made my work day a lot longer and tedious. The item was still under warranty so I contacted the seller who responded quickly but handled the situation rather poorly. They wanted to troubleshoot the issue via email but failed to provide me with all of the troubleshooting tips at once. Instead they doled out one troubleshooting tip per day/email (I would usually only get one response per day) so it prolonged the process. This continued until I finally got agitated and threatened a bad review. I was then promised a replacement. After waiting a few days and checking my mailbox daily for a replacement, I got another email from the seller asking me to try out a new product that they were releasing instead. This made me angrier because (even after stressing to them how difficult my job was without my keyboard) my product STILL had not even been shipped out and I am still having to work without my Bluetooth keyboard! I declined their offer to try out the new one and asked that my original request be fulfilled. So I finally got my second beautiful Tiffany Blue Bluetooth keyboard and so far the performance has been great!
