Long story short: 1) I bought two packs of these batteries 2) The first battery seemed to snap into my drill and I started using it everywhere. I stood on the stairs and pierced the ceiling and the battery just popped out and almost fell on my friend. If he hit him, this guy would be brought to justice! 3) The 2nd test lasted about 2 1/2 charges before not being recharged. 4) There is no way to contact the seller for a refund. or even a partial refund. These batteries were delivered to me 4 months ago and I used them for the first time two weeks ago. If there was a way to fix this with the seller or someone else I might give them a better rating.
