Review on Redragon Lamia 2 Computer Headset in Black by Micha Pyra ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not a good product, not worth the money.

Its pros: 1. The presence of 7.1 sound, which is surprisingly quite high quality. 2. Good microphone sound. 3. A whole program for setting up headphones with off. site. 4. When putting on headphones, you are almost completely isolated from the environment. 5. Metal rim. 6. Stand included. Its cons: 1. Upon purchase, there were immediately problems with the recording quality of the microphone, there was an incomprehensible electric crackle. The problem was solved by wiping the USB contacts with alcohol. 2. After six months of use, the right ear stopped working due to the ill-conceived design of the cable, which, in turn, simply frayed on the moving part. I had to solder the wires. 3. It is also worth noting the flimsy volume wheel, due to which the sound eventually begins to be unevenly distributed over the speakers if the volume is reduced. 4. The very build quality of the headphones is very flimsy due to plastic, with the slightest movement of the head it starts to crackle and crack. After six months of use, the plastic simply cracked at the junction of the metal rim and the ear holder. 5. It is worth noting the USB cable. When unpacked, it was neatly wound into a bundle, but this only aggravated the situation due to cheap insulation, which strove to twist like a snake. Straightening the cable by winding it around the pipe and heating it with a hair dryer solves the problem only for a while. 6. Small things include uncontrolled backlighting, but for such a price it is acceptable.
