Lock and Unlock buttons reversed

The product was good the first couple months then all of a sudden the lock and unlock buttons reversed. We had to start entering our code to lock it which was annoying.Then we realized you could put any code and press any button to unlock which is not safe at all.Now we have to buy totally new lock system… definitely going with a different brand. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!
