Review on Klein Tools 53731: Optimized Adjustable Hole by Viswanath Lopez

I bought this hole saw to drill 36 4 inch holes for recessed lighting in several rooms of my house. The cutter works great. You just have to be careful to push it slowly into the drywall. They are locked in 1/2 inch increments, but that wasn't a problem for my particular application. The dust cover is very effective at keeping out dust, but is cheaply made (plastic blister packaging) and tears easily (hence the 4 stars). Mine came with 2 dust shields which were put to good use before each one failed. I made about 12 holes in each dust cover before it cracked. Once I cracked the second one, I got creative, sealed the crack with duct tape, and continued working. If you install recessed lights, you will not regret this purchase. I believe this saved many hours of manual editing and possibly troubleshooting.
