It's okay. It's not great. It's not as wide as the screen. I didn't expect it to go all the way, I knew there would be a gap, but I was hoping it would cover the actual area of the touchscreen that is illuminated. It's not like this. Covers well at the top and bottom but not on the sides. I see light from both sides because I was able to center it perfectly despite the ill-fitting frame. Worse than being a visual annoyance, it sometimes causes issues with touchscreen functionality when I try to "grab" or "drag" the edge of the screen. Not very often, but still. This is not good. The "simple" mounting frame is actually slightly larger than a screen protector and leaves too much wiggle room to rely on a perfectly centered installation. But it also comes with all the standard stickers if you prefer the pop-up method. I put this on 6 months ago and soon got a tear on one side. It was minor so I left it on, but I had glass screen protectors last year before they broke and let me tell you I've dropped this phone many times this year, a lot more times than this one. Other Notes: This is actually the first time I've had to adjust the touchscreen sensitivity after installing a screen protector. Every other protector I've used made no difference in performance. But this is also a new phone, so is it a phone or a protector? Anyway, it works fine after I tweak the settings. Oh, and fingerprints are always visible when the screen is off, just like every screen protector I've ever used. But I still prefer glass.
