I'm clumsy so the included strap is perfect for me. The only thing is that the tape has to be put on the case manually, but once it is put on it is not removed. The ring also helps when my pinky gets tired holding the phone. It doesn't fly off the phone if dropped, and it's (personally) a little tricky to take it off. I would definitely recommend it for all my clumsy friends there.
