Can't say they're warm on their own as they don't have fingers but they do the job. I had them put on at the office because it's almost winter in the Midwest and it's getting really cold in my office. I need my fingers to type and shuffle paper, and they're good for that. I would definitely not recommend these for outdoor use in winter, they are a thin version of elastic "magic" gloves and offer no protection for outdoor use. hands are good. They only come down to the ankles, so I might try adults for better coverage. As a bonus, my hands are already red and cracked So I applied Aquaphor (spelling?) to the backs of my hands and knuckles and put on gloves. It keeps the ointment on my hands and everything else. I highly recommend her for that reason alone. Overall good value for money.
