Shortly after buying this watch (July of this year) it stopped working. I contacted Revain who said they would send a replacement if I returned the defective one (or I could get a refund). Just before the "new" ones came, the previous ones started working again, so I "guessed" the problem was an accident. Due to a misguided feeling of "doing the right thing" I have decided to return the new watch just like the previous one. worked. Mistake. Big mistake! It's September, the "window of return" that closed a long time ago, and you know what? The first watch didn't work again! Of course I can take it to the watchmaker, which annoys me because I actually have to pay twice for the watch. On the other hand, I could buy an equally attractive branded watch for half the price. I don't blame Revain but I'm sure sooooo disappointed with my purchase; maybe next time i will not, um, conscientiously send back a defective item.
