Poor quality control, potential fire hazard
Worked fine for a while and then one day I pushed the input switch, felt a build up of static electricity and heard a popping noise in the case. No more audio output. Looking inside, I found that the heatsink on top of the amplifier chip was not properly secured (the screws underneath were loose) and the chip itself exploded. Both the circuit board and the cooler have burned out.
