Review on Skrapp.io by Jeff Payne

I enjoy how easy it is to use, the options are plentiful. The customer service team was amazing! They were extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. I wish there was more guidance on how to better utilize my page in order to get the most out of skrapp.io. I am currently using skrapp to help grow my business by reaching new clients online. I have been able to start building relationships with potential clients through skrapp.io. I am also able to easily track leads and follow up in order to close sales. I like that it allows me to send out emails in bulk, which saves time over having multiple people sending them individually! It's not as easy or intuitive of an interface compared with other tools we use at work (such as HubSpot). We've been able get more leads into our pipeline than before because there are less steps involved when you're trying to contact someone through LinkedIn/Facebook etc., but this has also made us spend longer times writing each email instead of just hitting "send".
