Stumbled upon this on the advice of friends. I ordered it for myself, and then my colleagues wanted it too. We all work on the computer from 8 to 5 all day long. I can honestly say that we have far fewer migraines and headaches (all of us!). However, I did get a privacy screen on my work computer, which also helped a lot. Now that I have these, I mostly wear them when I'm doing homework on my home computer. My home computer is a Mac and of course has bright lighting (which can be adjusted, but I don't like squinting). Overall a great product and would buy again!
