Good bang for the buck.
This thing is a little noisy and a little clunky, but it does the job. However, the system works quite well and my mouth feels clean. I recently had oral surgery and am in the process of getting implants so this has been very helpful for cleaning areas I can't clean. The variety of attachments is also very nice, they help me to keep my mouth clean and prevent infections during various surgeries.
