Caution, this is VERY thin plastic wrapped around spiral steel wire . Depending on whether you "stretched" or "slightly squashed" (shorter than stretched) will determine the inside diameter. Yes, it's "nominal" 4", but give or take a little. I have a hole in it NEXT where I had a smaller radius bend. But "come on man" after planing about 1/16" from the edges of 4 by 8' 2x4 (no nails or metal, just wood)( with NEW helical cutting head). I guess that's what the duct tape is for Ok live and learn.
