This bike stand looks solid. After attaching it (right at the front near the pedal where the frame tube is strongest) I found that the kickstand was too long. I had to shorten it to fit. Also, the kickstand doesn't move away from the bike much when unfolded. If the kickstand is closer to the bike during use, it won't be as strong and stable as a kickstand that extends farther. If I rotated the attachment point to rotate more, the pedal would hit the stand, which wouldn't work. After trial and error to get it to fit I think this stand will work. My factory runs out after some wear and tear so I had to replace it. This stand is also not as strong as my English made stand that came with my old English bike. In general everything is fine. The price is reasonable.
