Disappointed.1. Painful metal balls roll down his back. Especially the lower back - I have to put a thick cloth on the back to use it or just use the upper part.2. The heating setting is useless. You won't know the difference between heating setting and turning off.3. I wanted to keep this in my work chair but I can't sit with two massage balls sticking out in my lower back. You must choose a chair that you will only use for the massage. 4. Lower body vibration. Literally just a vibration. I don't know how to use it. It has a nice design and comes in a nice box and is easy to use. I would like to send it back, but I threw away the box. Not recommended due to overall cost.
