This is a good brush set for applying and blending eyeshadow, wet or dry. They are synthetic so you shouldn't shed much. Simply wash gently in warm soapy water once a month and let dry. As long as you don't expose the metal part where the glue holds the brush together to water, they'll last a long time. If you like loose mineral makeup, you can use a pair of these brushes as a concealer brush and apply a concentrated amount of mineral foundation right where you need it.
