Not for all hair types
I ordered a wood picture thinking it would be better than plastic or metal. I gripped my hair tightly, hoping the wide teeth would help detangle my hair. It didn't, my hair is too coarse for that and the tips of my teeth dig into my scalp. I don't use it anymore. More for fine hair.
