I have a Catrike 5.5.9 recumbent tricycle and have purchased a Garmin Explore GPS navigator that shows real time miles per hour, distance, calories burned etc. I saw and bought this case; The small strap that comes with it is very useful. I use a strap to "secure" the device to the TerraCycle mount so that if the device somehow detaches from the mount, it will prevent it from falling onto the pavement while riding.
