That's what you paid for.
In my opinion, the quality was more than average for the price. All of my laptops have ALL slipped and fallen off this stand when placed on a table or raised surface. The fan is not strong at all, the connector barely fits my connectors unless I want to bend the audio jack connector. Overall quality feels cheap, very flexible and stretches without much effort, it was pretty messy from the packaging. I cannot recommend this laptop cooler.
