The team is very responsive, knowledgeable about their product & services! They have been able to work with us at every step of our journey from initial onboarding through implementation to continued service delivery after launch - they are true partners in solving problems/delivering solutions within this space that we care deeply about (retail). No issues as yet but always keenly aware when it comes time to consider new systems or platforms so not sure if any particular challenges exist here currently? We're using them primarily due to alignment around technology stack / infrastructure requirements across multiple orgs which helps ensure success once implemented by all parties involved. This ensures consistency throughout an organisation providing more effective governance over data ownership etc. Data integrity between applications has improved significantly since going live w/them compared against previous supplier where there were many inconsistencies both internally + externally facing.
