Review on Fisher Price Vintage Record Player with Enhanced SEO by Gopal Baltimore

Disappointed. Don't like the classic!

I bought this toy for my grandchildren because I lost the one I had for my children. The reason I went with this was because it was marketed as a "Classic". However, this is actually only an apparent version of the original Fisher-Price turntable. The original turntable was really groovy, it had real tines playing music. This "newer" version needs batteries and the music is of very poor quality. We also found it quite confusing because not only does it require batteries, but you also have to start it up and turn on the switch. I really do NOT need any other battery operated toys! I don't understand why Fisher Price felt the need to redesign the original turntable when it was solid and functional! I was very disappointed. We kept the player as the original is no longer in production. Fisher Price used to be a toy brand that I trusted for quality workmanship at an affordable price. Now, not only do they supply battery companies, but they also find clever ways to increase the price of their toys (like they did with the dollhouses that used to come with all the furniture and the doll family). these things separately).

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Nothing here
