
These connectors are unnecessary if you intend to connect two different devices to them and have them work at the same time. You will not! I ran a 20 foot cable straight from the modem to the splitter, then 3 feet to the computer and another 3 feet to the phone system. I was able to get a signal on the phone, but the computer that was supposed to be getting 100Mbps from the Spectrum was only getting 12Mbps, which I believe was coming from our wireless network, not the cable. Don't buy if you want to pair devices together. I returned and returned the money.
