There are already a great number of reviews pertaining to this phone, and virtually all of them are the same. This is a comment that I am writing for individuals who are in the position of having to deal with the fact that the phone cannot be unlocked. The screen illuminates, but it does not recognize or register any touches that are made on it. In light of this, there is no known method by which it may even be reloaded, yet it is still possible to do it. After turning the screen on with the on button, hold down all three on buttons simultaneously (both volume and power) and continue to hold for around three seconds.
